Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, the Junior Sous Chef will assist with overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure that everything runs smoothly and effectively in accordance with Crown Standard.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team of kitchen professionals
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Proven ability in organizing and prioritizing tasks and resource scheduling
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience within a 3/4/5 star environment
• Knowledge and understanding of change management principles
• Demonstrable experience in networking and maintaining business partnerships within a multi-disciplinary commercial environment
• Experience in the use of computers and systems
